Today I speak with the Police Chief of Tyler and receive my conditional employment. If all turns out well, I'll be going to police academy in the summer.

fawk tickets, there are more important things I want to know, like is there or is there not an impressed quota on officers for arrests/citations per month?

Yes, there is. I know this for a fact, cuz my cousin in NY is a State Trooper there. It's all about the money...
